It’s been some time since I’ve put a logo design showcase on the website. So here you go!
In this showcase I am going to present some logos that really capture that simple beauty that only a logo can have. We will focus on fish logo designs that have a unique and simple design.
I wanted to present something special, designs that use their shape and as little color as possible. Too many have and use too much color to say who they are, over illustrated and just create this toxic trend around specific industries that really gets boring.
Yet, why is the fish the subject of this showcase? Because it is not a subject used by only a specific industry. We have restaurants, fishing charters, ocean photography studios, music bands, game developing studios and many more.
Igor went with this direction to differentiate his client from the competition, as he says: “They were all stereotypically the same – overdesigned, overillustrated and way too colorful. Guests would arrive at the marina and get lost within dozens of boats with similar, gaudy style.”
This Spanish Pop Band called “Los Peces” translated means Fish. They wanted a design related to yin-yan, with two fishes biting their tails.
